What about shipping?
There is free shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Canada. Expect your shipment to arrive in 5 to 7 business days.

International Shipping rates to:
UK: flat shipping rate of £3.60 GBP
Europe: flat shipping rate of €5.50 EUR
Australia: flat shipping rate of $9.00 AUD
Japan: flat shipping rate of ¥850 JPY

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase online?
No, you do not need to have a PayPal account. You can charge it on your credit card without having a PayPal account and without opening one.
On the first Checkout page simply do the following: click on the gray button labeled "click here" next to the text: "If you do not currently have a PayPal account".

Is the check-out process secure? Can I trust you with my credit card information?
The check-out process is secured by PayPal. We do not receive your credit card information.

How will I know if my order was accepted?
You will be sent an email confirmation of your order, including item ordered and charge amount.

Does sales tax apply to my order?
If your order is shipped within New York state, sales tax will apply. Orders shipped outside of the state of New York will not be charged sales tax.

What about returns?
We will be happy to make an exchange or refund your account for returns. Your exchange/return must arrive within 30 days from the shipment date. Please include a copy of the invoice with a reason for the return or the exchange item desired. The customer is responsible for all exchange/return shipping costs.
